I’m a real estate broker reimagining what it means to buy, sell, and steward land in today’s world. With experience across both Western and Eastern Washington, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the diverse markets, communities, and rhythms that shape how people live throughout the region.
My passion for real estate is personal. Over a decade ago, I became a homeowner in Missouri, and that experience transformed how I see stability, opportunity, and long-term wellbeing. It showed me firsthand how homeownership—when it’s accessible and intentional—can truly change lives for the better.
My work is rooted in a rewilding approach to real estate. To me, that means prioritizing regeneration over extraction, community over transaction, and long-term impact over short-term gain. I work with people who not only want to make a move, but who care about how their decisions affect the land and the communities around them.
A core part of my mission is reinvestment. With every transaction, a portion of the proceeds goes directly back into regenerative housing projects across the Pacific Northwest, supporting more sustainable, equitable, and community-centered ways of living.
I believe real estate can be more than a transaction—it can be a force for healing, for connection, and for creating a future that feels good to be part of.
